It is a parking building and the GF is for rental shopfronts.Considering the cost of digging undergroud space is too expensive, the owner use the 2F-7F for parking.Comparing with the normal flat parking,parking system needed less dimension and depth,and increased more lots.

Before: The project location is in the center of Bangkok.There used to be a old building and only for 50 cars of pay parking area.

After: Including 84 lots of the system, there are more than 120 car lots for pay parking.The GF of building are rental shopfronts. The 7F of building is rented by some companines. The top floor of building is a popular bar.
