Considering the dimensions of the site (length, width, height limited, entrance and exit location), project budget, project purpose and other aspects, we will provide multiple solutions.It is better to provide CAD drawings.
Our standard product is designed based on 95% of the vehicle sizes on the market. If necessary, we can customization for customers.
The Simple auto parking takes about 60 days, and the storage auto parking and tower parking take about 120 days.
Before installation, twice inspections are required. The first time was after the contract signed and before manufacture, and we will confirm the dimensions of the site. The second time is before shipment and installation, we will confirm the dimensions of the site again to make sure whether they meet the installation requirements. If necessary, guide the customer to do the rectification.
The customer can find a local installation team to do the job. Our company hands over installation and commissioning manual, and send engineers for technical support. We also can send an installation team for the job.
The Simple auto parking takes about 40 to 60 days, and the storage auto parking and tower parking take about 90 days.
It is free for project scheme designing. And It is also free for site inspection after the contract is confirmed. But there will be extra fees for the technical support of project commissioning.
The warranty period is 1 year for the whole system after handing over.
During the installation and commissioning process of the project, We provides free training to 1-2 members of customers about the operation and maintenance. We will hand over daily maintenance guidance documents to handle simple errors. If encountering unresolved problems, we will provide remotely assist or send the engineers to the site to handle them directly .
